I just completed my third project using PLC Interiors, each time I have been completely satisfied. Previous to having used a professional I had several disappointing decorating/design disasters. Hiring a professional interior designer such as Patti Cowger is money well spent. My first two experiences with PLC Interiors were bathroom remodels. Ms. Cowger is easy and fun to work with, she possesses the ability to take what the client envisions and turn it into reality. In my particular case on this last project, which was a master bedroom/bath remodel I had NO vision, having her expertise, sense of style and creativity were a God send. I also appreciated that PLC Interiors worked within my budget, sometimes even making suggestions that were more cost effective. In the spring of 2013 we will begin our biggest project yet, a kitchen/family room renovation. I am looking forward to working with PLC’s professional staff and would recommend this business to anyone wanting beautiful outcome. M. Patterson, Napa Valley
I’ve used PLC Interiors on five different projects in my two Marin homes and have been thrilled every time. The results came out original, interesting, tasteful, and exciting. Patti Cowger has really helped develop my eye and tastes. She deeply cares about her clients and wants them to be happy. She is well-educated in a broad range of design styles and has a beautiful eye. She also describes what she is doing so she teaches you about design along the way. At this point, I wouldn’t use anyone else!

I have used PLC Interiors several times. Most recently to have my dining room chairs slipcovered. The workmanship was impeccable; fit my chairs perfectly, with incredible attention to detail. People who come into my home comment on them and how great they look and how the color really makes the room pop, just as Patty said it would.

Dear Patti, I am really thrilled with all you have done with our home. My siblings have been really amazed and awed by the living room, family room and kitchen. I’ve had two visitors lately who loved seeing the artwork and everything you have used so beautifully. I look forward to each time you come over to consult. Soon I’ll enjoy reading another one of your columns in the Napa Valley Register, too.Thank you.

Patti Cowger is a designer who has gone the extra mile to make sure that our personal taste and budget are respected, while providing unique design ideas that fit well with our life style. Working with a husband and wife is not always an easy task, but Patti had a knack for making sure that both of us were truly happy with the results. Our family room, that she helped remodel and redecorate, is now the hub of our home…the place that we all want to be.
Patti’s help with color, plants and furniture for our backyard was instrumental in creating an impact that makes it a joy to view out of our windows in the winter and to enjoy the patios and landscaping, during the spring, summer and fall. Patti has been in the design business for many years and the combination of all of her areas of expertise makes her flexible in adapting to whatever the area is that needs an artistic update. She always met deadlines, was very careful about the budget and always was a pleasure to work with. CZ Erickson, Napa
I have worked with Patti Cowger of PLC Interiors over the past few years on a number of projects. It was a rewarding experience in many ways, but most rewarding because my home "came together" in a way that I could have never achieved on my own. PLC Interiors was able to "articulate" what I was looking for in terms of feel and look. Patti Cowger was always completely open minded, but, if I tended to stray off course she was also there with a creative suggestion. I am completely happy with the way my home looks and thankful for the creativity, patience, hard work and dedication that Patti had throughout our projects! Margaret Niland, Napa Valley
As the Executive Director of Community Action of Napa Valley (CANV), I’d like to write about the pro bono work PLC Interiors has done for us. As a non-profit organization which helps to feed and house people in need, I am always in fundraising mode. Patti Cowger, owner and chief designer of PLC Interiors has attended brainstorming meetings to advise, suggest and research ideas that will raise money through interior designer events. She donated her time 4 weekends last November to make a prize-winning, holiday wreath that was later auctioned at Castillo di Amorosa. To top off her good deed, she intertwined the designs of all the Castle’s holiday wreaths with a story about CANV in her bi-monthly design column that she writes for our local newspaper. It’s obvious from Patti’s website that she has big design talent, but she also has a big heart.
